- All travel fees including but not limited to parking, hotel, taxi, etc must be paid by the bride/the representative of the paying party.

Booking Minimum
We require a 3 services minimum for all on location weddings. Anyone needing 3 services or less can come in studio to get their services done for no extra cost. In some cases, we may be able to accommodate less than 3 but this is a case by case scenario.
Timing
- Each service is allotted 1 hour to complete. For bridal hair/bridal makeup, we give an hour and 15 minutes.
- For Client delays, a late fee of $15 will be assessed for every 15 minutes each person is not ready for their scheduled appointment.
- Additional fees of $50/hour will be applied if the service exceeds the allotted time frame.
- Any start time before 6:00 is required to pay an "early start fee" of $50 per half hour. Certain locations with start time will require a hotel to be booked for artist/artists.
Compensation
A non-refundable deposit of the amount of 50% of the total cost is required to book the OTR services. The Client agrees to pay the remaining balance of the amount 7 days prior to the wedding date. If the Client does not complete payment prior to the wedding date, OTR will charge a $25 late fee for every day the payment is not paid. There is no refunds given at any time.
Trials
Trials are not required but highly recommended. During a trial, the artist and bride will have an in depth consultation on what they are wanting on their big day. Trials typically take about an hour and a half or two hours per service due to the in depth consultation.
